LIMINA-UK

Navigating Liminal States

with the

Transpersonal Self

Liminal States are transitional phases, which exist between different stages or states of being, as when faced with times of great challenge or a sense of meaningless about life.

Derived from the Latin word "limen", meaning threshold, liminal states are characterised by ambiguity, openness, and transformation.

The Transpersonal Self extends beyond the personal ego and individual identity to encompass broader aspects of human experience, including spiritual, mystical, and transcendent dimensions. It involves the realisation and integration of:

higher states of consciousness, and

connection with something greater than the individual self.
